Turn-Key Construction
As
general contractors we can take your construction
project from planning stages through to moving day.
There are two basic contract forms we operate under for
this type of work and they are fixed fee and cost-plus.
We will be happy to discuss which one will offer the
proper environment for your new home.
New
Project Consulting
Many
individuals are choosing to be their own general
contractor these days but find that they like having an
expert available to oversee some details. Karas
Construction offers to step in at any stage or even
monthly accounting nights, to help those who take the
serious sweat-equity route. Green Consulting has
become a specialty of ours as well, we can help with
just an overview of your plans, or combine it with
specific site visits. Generally for these services
we will work on an hourly schedule.
Special Commissions
Over
the years we have been asked to accomplish some pretty
interesting projects working as a sub-contractor to
another contractor, or being commissioned directly by
the owner. We welcome the chance to look at the
artistic, unusual or just plain weird ideas you may want
to incorporate into your home. Because of the
unknown nature of some of these projects we may elect to
work hourly or give a fixed price.
