Frankay Way #4 Clerestory windows

Clerestory windows may appear small but their effect on bringing in natural light to the great room is perfect.

Blower Door Test

This blower door testing kit is placed into a doorway and the air is sucked out of our homes so that we can measure air infiltration. We can actually walk through the house while this is taking place to detect leaks and correct them.

This half-wall is an example of a small space that can be turned special with an extra days work.

Rustic Built-ins

This wall unit was commissioned in a ‘normal’ house in an effort to create a rustic accent. It is a real simple design utilizing ¾ plywood, but its amazing what happens when you add natural brnaches and logs as the verticle elements

Elk Lake Special

We literally rebuilt an old log home and that tree is indeed holding up the roof beam since we couldn’t get the engineer to certify 90 year old logs.

Interlochen Woods

The squares on the wall are glass blocks placed to replicate a waterfall…. You will just have to see it in person to appreciate it.
