Cabin on Bass Lake

Lake-side view of Bass Lake home that is built of SIPS with half-log siding.

Green Lake Home South Elevation

Full log on main floor and then switching to SIPS for second floor. SIPS roof with metal roofing is a great combination.

Green Lake Home West Elevation

The basement of this home was an existing 28 x 28 concrete block structure. The new floors above it are supported on a post and beam framework.

East elevation of Northport home built for an artist to accommodate a main floor gallery, second floor living area, and third level painting studio. Complete SIP structure with channel rustic pine siding.

West Elevation of Frankay #1

Built as model for green development in Big Rapids. This home was built for $90 per sq ft and is an 5-star home. Built fully with SIPS and utilizing minimalist lines with a splash of character, this home set the tone for the development.

Interlochen Woods


North elevation of our model home in Interlochen. Complete SIP construction with pine half-log and cedar shingle siding. The home is extremely efficient in design allowing for over 1800 sq ft over three floors with 3bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Main floor walls are reused timber partitions from Odom Reuse. Construction office and shop keep the business close, but separate from the house.
